Q. Do you ship outside the UK?
A. Shipping is possible to most countries. However delivery outside the UK involves a surcharge and will take longer.Please contact us for a quotation.
Q. Do you stock the full range of products?
A. Whilst we try to maintain stock of all products that we sell, sometimes products have to be ordered in, resulting in longer delivery times. If this is a case we will contact you to give you an estimated delivery date.
Q. Do you give refunds?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your goods, you can return the goods to us for a full refund excluding postage costs. When returning goods you must use a 'signed for' courier such as recorded post so that you have a record of the goods beeing returned. We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of the goods being returned to us.
Q. Do you offer an exchange scheme?
A. We want you to be completely happy with your goods. If you decide you would prefer a different product from our range you can return your goods to us (within 7 working days upon receipt of the goods) in exchange for another product of similar or greater value and we will despatch your exchange order carriage free. This offer is only available to customers within the UK.
Q. Do you accept payment by cheque or Postal Order?
A. Yes we accept all types of payment.
